2. Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:
Your subscription will not renew after the cancellation takes effect.
Your paid plan will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
You may continue using the paid features included in your plan until that billing period ends, provided your account remains in good standing.
You will not ordinarily be charged for a subsequent billing period after cancellation has taken effect.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your ThankRank account. If you wish to delete your account, you must submit a separate deletion request where applicable.
3. General Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by ThankRank, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for:
Partially used billing periods.
Unused time remaining after cancellation.
Failure to use the service or particular features.
Changes in business needs or preferences.
Features that you choose not to use.
Downgrading or changing plans during an active billing period, unless the applicable plan terms state otherwise.
Account restrictions or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by law.
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
4. Duplicate, Incorrect, or Unauthorized Charges

Please include the email address associated with your account, the relevant transaction details, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send your full payment card number or security code by email.

5. Service Availability and Technical Issues

6. Free Plans and Trials
ThankRank may offer free plans, promotional offers, or free trials from time to time.
A free plan does not require a refund because no subscription fee has been paid for that plan.
If a free trial or promotional offer requires payment information or converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal date, and cancellation terms will be presented during the relevant signup or checkout process.
You are responsible for canceling before the stated renewal date if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription. Any refund rights required by applicable law will remain unaffected.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original payment method where possible.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, your financial institution, and the payment method used.
We cannot guarantee an exact processing time controlled by a third-party payment provider or financial institution.
